Military Connect® Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
ACCESSIBILITY: If you are having difficulty accessing this document, please contact Military Connect support at support@militaryconnect.com.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of militaryconnect.com and the websites, applications, features, and services operated by Military Connect, Inc. that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Military Connect, Inc., a Colorado corporation ("Military Connect," "we," "our," or "us"). References to Military Connect-branded programs or experiences do not change the identity of the contracting party unless supplemental terms expressly identify a different operator or contracting party.
Certain Services, offers, transactions, or programs may be subject to additional terms presented at the time you access or use them ("Supplemental Terms"). Supplemental Terms are part of your agreement for the applicable Service. If these Terms conflict with Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms control only for that Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. A particular Service or offer may impose additional eligibility, age, geographic, or other requirements disclosed in its Supplemental Terms.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; safeguard your login credentials; and promptly notify us at support@militaryconnect.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law, except for activity occurring after we receive adequate notice of unauthorized access or resulting from our failure to use reasonable security measures.
3. Military Eligibility Confirmations
Some Services and partner offers are available only to members of the U.S. Armed Forces, Veterans, Military Family Members, or other specifically identified groups. We may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, and maintain appropriate records.
You agree to provide truthful information and not to impersonate another person, submit altered or fraudulent documentation, or attempt to obtain an offer for which you are not eligible. The categories of information we collect, how we use and disclose that information, and applicable retention and deletion practices are described in the Military Connect Privacy Policy.
An eligibility confirmation determines access to the applicable Military Connect Service or offer. It is not a government determination of military or Veteran status and does not establish eligibility for government benefits.
4. Military Connect Programs and Supplemental Terms
Military Connect provides access to a range of Military Connect-branded programs, content, benefits, and partner services. These may include offers, travel, automotive, insurance-related, prescription-discount, entertainment, golf, gift card, financial, identity-protection, eligibility-confirmation, and loyalty experiences.
Each program may have different operators, providers, eligibility requirements, transaction terms, limitations, and customer-support responsibilities. Before using a particular program or completing a transaction, you should review the terms and disclosures presented for that program.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Military Connect does not itself manufacture, issue, underwrite, insure, prescribe, dispense, fulfill, or deliver products or services supplied by third parties.
5. No Government Affiliation or Endorsement
Military Connect is a private company and is not an agency or instrumentality of the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other federal, state, or local governmental entity. References to the military community, government agencies, military exchanges, or Veteran organizations do not imply government sponsorship, approval, or endorsement unless an authorized written statement expressly says otherwise.
6. Fees, Purchases, and Transactions
Military Connect does not currently charge a fee for basic membership or for a standard Military Connect eligibility confirmation. If Military Connect introduces a fee for a particular Service, the amount and applicable terms will be disclosed before you incur the charge.
Products and services offered by third parties are subject to the prices, taxes, fees, availability, fulfillment terms, return or cancellation rules, and other conditions displayed by the applicable provider at the time of the transaction. If Military Connect is the seller or contracting party for a transaction, that fact and the applicable transaction terms will be disclosed at checkout or before purchase.
Gift cards and stored-value products are subject to separate purchase terms and to the terms imposed by the applicable issuer or merchant, including restrictions concerning redemption, returns, replacement, expiration, fees, and lost or stolen cards.
7. VetBucks™
If VetBucks™ are offered in connection with a Service or transaction, the then-current VetBucks™ Program Rules and the specific offer terms will govern eligibility, earning, pending periods, adjustments, redemption, expiration, account closure, fraud prevention, program changes, and member support. Participation in Military Connect does not, by itself, guarantee that VetBucks™ will be earned for every visit, action, or transaction.
VetBucks™ have no cash value unless the applicable VetBucks™ Program Rules expressly provide otherwise. Military Connect may correct errors and reverse VetBucks™ associated with returned, cancelled, fraudulent, ineligible, or unpaid transactions in accordance with those rules and applicable law.
8. Privacy
The Military Connect Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information and how individuals may exercise applicable privacy rights. The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms and is incorporated here only to identify the privacy practices applicable to the Services; it does not reduce any rights provided by applicable law.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. You should review the privacy notice presented by the applicable third party before providing personal information directly to it.
9. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive transactional and administrative communications electronically, including by email or through the Services, when permitted by law. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and opt-out rights. Electronic communications are considered sent when transmitted to the contact information associated with your account, but nothing in these Terms overrides any legally required method or timing of notice.
If we record a telephone or video interaction, we will provide notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
10. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes, except where we expressly authorize another use. You may not:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of another person or entity;
- misrepresent your identity, military affiliation, eligibility, authority, or relationship with any person or organization;
- submit false, altered, misleading, or fraudulent information or documentation;
- gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, network, data, or nonpublic area of the Services;
- introduce malware or interfere with the operation, integrity, availability, or security of the Services;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest, copy, monitor, or access the Services except as expressly authorized by us in writing or permitted by applicable law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from software used in the Services, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the Services to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- purchase or obtain products, services, discounts, rewards, or benefits for resale or other unauthorized commercial use; or
- circumvent offer limits, eligibility requirements, security controls, fraud controls, or program restrictions.
11. User Submissions
If a Service allows you to submit reviews, comments, images, documents, feedback, or other material ("User Submissions"), you retain ownership of your User Submissions. You grant Military Connect a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and otherwise use a User Submission only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the applicable Service or as otherwise authorized by you.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide your User Submissions. You may not submit material through the Services that is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, obscene, infringing, or that unlawfully discloses another person's confidential or personal information. This section governs material submitted through the Services and does not regulate lawful criticism or commentary made on independent platforms.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, design, software, databases, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials are owned by Military Connect or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Military Connect®, VetBucks™, and other Military Connect names, logos, and program identifiers may not be used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Subject to these Terms, Military Connect grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for their intended personal purpose. No other right or license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
13. Third-Party Offers, Content, and Services
The Services may display or link to products, offers, content, websites, applications, and services provided by independent third parties. Those third parties control their products, services, websites, pricing, availability, fulfillment, customer service, and separate terms. A link, listing, or offer does not by itself constitute Military Connect's endorsement or guarantee of the third party.
Military Connect is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or omissions, except to the extent Military Connect expressly assumes responsibility or liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies you may have directly against a third party or under applicable consumer-protection law.
14. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a Service when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, maintenance, business operations, or protection of members or third parties. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material violation of these Terms, fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the Services.
When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a material discontinuation or account termination. Immediate action may be taken when delay would create legal, security, fraud, or safety risk. Program-specific rules will govern the treatment of pending transactions, purchased products, earned rewards, or other accrued program interests. Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature survive termination.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Military Connect disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Military Connect does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of harmful components, or that every offer, benefit, or third-party service will remain available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, duty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statements concerning a particular third-party product or service are subject to the applicable provider's terms and disclosures.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Military Connect and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of use, arising from or relating to the Services, even if advised that such damages were possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Military Connect's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or (b) the amount you paid directly to Military Connect for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. The limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and only to the extent enforceable in the applicable jurisdiction.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Military Connect and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising directly from your unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement of another party's rights, or material misuse of the Services. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Military Connect's own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
We will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and permit you to participate in the defense. You may not settle a claim in a manner that admits wrongdoing by or imposes an obligation on Military Connect without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent federal law applies. Subject to any nonwaivable right you may have under applicable law, any judicial proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a state or federal court located in Denver, Colorado, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will state their effective date. If a change is material, we will provide notice in a manner reasonably appropriate to the nature of the change and the affected Service. We will obtain affirmative consent when required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions or materially different uses or disclosures of personal information unless permitted by law and appropriately disclosed.
20. Notices
Questions and notices concerning these Terms may be sent to Military Connect at support@militaryconnect.com. We may send notices to the email address associated with your account, through the Services, or by another method permitted by law. Formal legal notices must satisfy any additional requirements imposed by applicable law.
21. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the applicable Service, provided that any transfer of personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
22. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with applicable Supplemental Terms and specifically incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Military Connect concerning the Services and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
23. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except where Supplemental Terms expressly provide otherwise, these Terms do not create rights enforceable by any third party.
